What is an integration?
An integration is a technical connection (a machine-to-machine interface based on APIs) that you create between your software and your organization in Ponto.
Thanks to this integration, your software can access your bank account data stored in Ponto.

How do I (re)create the link between my software and Ponto
You must click in your software to initiate an integration flow and enable Ponto to exchange your financial data with your software (reach out to your software vendor to know how to proceed).
If your bank accounts are already linked to Ponto, you can click to skip the bank selection screen in Ponto.

I do not see the latest transactions in my software
This can occur when your bank account authorization has expired. You should log into Ponto and check the status of the bank account in question. If necessary, click to reauthorize your account.
You can also initiate the reauthorization directly from your software if your software supports this feature (reach out to your software vendor to know how to proceed).
If you see your latest transactions in Ponto but not in your software, click in your software to refresh the connection or try to recreate your integration.
I see synchronization errors in my software
If you receive a synchronization error in your software, wait for a couple of hours since synchronization errors can be temporary (technical issue at the bank for example, or maintenance). Most of the time the error will disappear.
If the problem persists you can try to reauthorize your bank account in Ponto.

How do I delete my Ponto integration
You can delete your integration in Ponto via the menu “Integrations”.
It is likely that your software also provides a way to delete a Ponto integration directly via their configuration panel.
